Due to a demand from our clients, Sheelagh has moved to the south of France to open a new office for spring 2009, where she will develop a a portfolio of property listings to suit many tastes including new build developments, investment property, prestige and old character homes. Based in the beautiful department of Ardèche, the area has excellent transport links including motorways, rail/TGV and many regional airports (Lyon, Grenoble, Nîmes, St Etienne and Marseille) and is convenient for both the Mediterranean coast (approx. 1½hrs)and the ski resorts of the Alps (approx. 3hrs).
